SaniLine® consists of a super resistant textile liner with thermoplastic coating and and a two-componnt polyurethane or polyethylene adhesive, connecting the liner to the old pipe. After cleaning the pipe, the liner is filled with adhesive and wound into the pressure box, before it is inverted into the main by using compressed air. In the end of the inversion process, a final pressure test is conducted and both ends are sealed using AMEX-10 Liner End Seals.

SaniLine® is inverted by compressed air by using the pressure drum system. The high strength textile limits the wall thickness to a maximum of 3.2 mm, providing very long installation lengths of up to 350 m. After the inversion pro- cess is completed the drum can be disconnected. The SaniLine® is completely sealed and the pressure is maintained without external pressure sources. The section is closed with a gate valve directly connected to the liner. The cold curing process is documented by a data logger for the pressure. Therefore, no personnel is required on site.

After cleaning the pipe, the liner is folded and reconnected to the existing systems using cast iron or steel flanges PN 16. Finally, the liner is expanded using compressed air and a final pressure test is conducted – thereafter the liner will remain completely stand-alone.

Before conducting the pull in procedure, the pipe surface must be clear of obstacles, to prevent any damage of the tube. SaniTube® is pulled inside with a winch. The flange coupling is clamped onto the hose, and reconnected to the existing system. Mechanical flanges are easy to apply, suiting all pipe materials.

Installation & Engineering.

SaniTube® is pulled inside the cleaned pipeline. The liner is a flexible textile hose; delivered on reels, which provides a very long installation length of up to 1000 m. Before conducting the pull in procedure, the pipe surface must be clear of obstacles, to prevent any damage of the tube. SaniTube® is pulled inside with a winch. The flange coupling is clamped onto the hose, and reconnected to the existing system. Mechanical flanges are easy to apply, suiting all pipe materials.

SaniTube® Flange is ideally suited for the reconnection of SaniTube® for all common types of pipes, including cast-iron, ductile iron, steel, PE concrete and PVC.


Burst Pressure Chart.

Durable, multi purpose hose for all common types of pipes. Offers a tremendous resistance to abrasion, with high flexibility featuring low pressure loss due to a uniform cover and lining.

Application Areas.

SaniTube® is ideally suited for the rehabilitation of all common types of pipes, including cast-iron, ductile iron, steel, PVC as well as asbestos-cement pipes, and media with diameters ranging from DN 25 to DN 400.

Setup & Installation.

SaniTube® is a super resistant fabric hose with a special inner and outer thermoplastic, which is reconnected to the existing pipeline using cast iron or steel flange couplings. After cleaning the pipe, the liner is folded and reconnected to the existing systems using cast iron or steel flanges PN 16. Finally, the liner is expanded using compressed air and a final pressure test is conducted – thereafter the liner will remain completely stand-alone.
